Emily + Richard ~ Engaged!

It is funny how we pass one another without thinking twice about it… We often find ourselves going to the same coffee shop, grocery store, walking down the same hall way – never thinking twice about who is on the other side of the door, or who is in line behind us. We pass each other by until life gives us a reason to pay closer attention…

Living in the same city with so many opportunities to meet one another… With so many mutual friends, and places that they went, Richard said it was hard to believe it took them so long to finally meet. It was a night out with friends, taking a break from college classes, for some pool, that finally brought these two together. And some may say a dinner at Applebees that was the beginning of their love story…

We had a lot of fun around campus taking some fabulous photos and I look forward to capturing a new chapter of that story on their wedding day, and I know they can’t wait to celebrate with all of their friends and family! Congratulations!

Megan + Ben ~ Engaged!

“He walked into Stagecraft in his ROTC uniform, and I melted…” Megan smiled, and I swear that Ben totally blushed… They met in High School ~ and years later were reunited… It is a love story told over the years. He loves her “heart of gold” and she adores how understanding he is. Megan kept saying how she should have listened to her conscious because their paths just kept crossing. I think their hearts finally crashed into one another head on!

He had one of the best proposals ever – FarmVille… Yes, I said FarmVille… No one tells it like Megan! But lets just say emails to the fine people at FarmVille were involved and he had it timed out perfectly, planted roses to say I love you and pitched a sign asking the big question. Gamers ROCK, can I just say this? Cause they do! ๐Ÿ˜€

Here are to 2 incredibly creative, fun, loving, adorable people, celebrating their love. I can’t wait until the wedding day (can we say peacock theme! YES!) to see this love story start a new chapter! Congratulations Megan and Ben, you guys are the best!

Jenna,
We love the photos that you have shared of us. We too are looking forward to the wedding and the wonderful shots you will get with all the peacock feathers. Thank you again for making us look so wonderful.

Lauren + Jason Engaged!

Lauren and Jason met while working at Publix… Getting away from it all for a short lunch breaks meant meeting at a beach nearby where they would eat, talk, laugh… As time drew on, they eventually went on a first date at a local movie theater – yup, if you guessed it, the RAVE. Jason later proposed on a roller coaster with Insane in the Membrane blasting, but then, that is a story for another day… In fact – it is a love story I will tell in much more detail on their wedding post – so stay tuned!

Here is a preview of this awesome, amazing couples engagement session! We had so much fun, starting out at the Publix they met at, the beach they went to, and the theater they had their first date at! Enjoy the slideshow!
